This app is only for Lotus Electronics Employees with their user authentication. The app is not for public. Please do not download if you are not a Lotus Employee. The App works in sync with beacons implemented in store and provides buying behavior, customer preferences and their previous patterns of choices to help Lotus Employees understand and serve customer better.
App also syncs with CRM backend to record client communication, followups and purchase influenceing.
Features:
1. Whenever a Customer comes near the beacons installed in store, relevant employee of that section gets notification for that customer.
2. Employee can see purchase history of that user.
Employee can record customer response and track follow-ups of customer for future assistance.
